Conventional Kuy society is comparable to other Mon-Khmer minority teams of Southeast Asia. Traditionally, they have been subsistence farmers and supplemented this by weaving, boosting livestock and fishing. In the course of situations of drought or in the event the soil lost its fertility, complete
